Henry Ellis Return & Refund Policy



We hope you love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, please review our updated return guidelines below.


  • We do not offer refunds. All approved returns are eligible for store credit only.
  • Items discounted 40% or more are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
  • Pre-owned and vintage items are final sale.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless your order was not shipped due to an out-of-stock item.
  • Returns are not free. A $10 return fee will be deducted from your store-credit total.
  • Orders placed through the SHOP app are not eligible for refunds. Store credit will be issued instead.
  • Only purchases made directly through the Henry Ellis website, Instagram, or in-store qualify for store credit.



We have a five day return window from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To start a return, please contact us at monicaconnor@shophenryellis.com or call our store phone. Once approved, we’ll email you a return shipping label and detailed instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages or Issues



Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll evaluate the issue and do our best to make it right. 





Non-Returnable Items



Certain types of products cannot be returned, such as personal care goods, custom orders, perishable items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, vintage pieces, or gift cards.





Exchanges



To exchange an item, please initiate a return for store credit and place a new order for your preferred item once your return is approved.
