At Henry Ellis, we’re committed to getting your pieces to you as quickly—and beautifully—as possible.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. During launches or sales, please allow up to 3–4 business days.
Shipping Rates
• Free standard shipping on orders over $150 (U.S. only)
• Flat rate shipping of $8.95 on orders under $100
• Expedited and express options available at checkout
Local Pickup
We offer free local pickup at both of our boutique locations. You’ll receive a confirmation when your order is ready—usually within 1 business hour.
Shipping Carriers
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on the size and location of the order. All packages include tracking, which will be emailed to you once your order ships.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package leaves our hands, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier. However, we’ll always do our best to help you locate missing items or resolve shipping issues.
Pre-Owned & Vintage Items
Some pre-owned pieces may require additional handling time. We’ll notify you via email if there are any delays.
